ALL Pre-order items will be held for 10 days from the date the "Ready for Pickup" notice is sent. After 10 days, any unclaimed items will be returned to general inventory and made available for sale. Pre-orders are treated as final commitments made in good faith; therefore, no refunds will be issued for items not picked up within the designated hold period.
